I created a DreamWidth account today and stumbled across this lovely community. I was appalled to see that the last post was uploaded in 2017, and I believe a revival is in order! I love going to the Bridgewater Hall in Manchester - most recently to see Ives 'unanswered questions' and Dvořàk's Symphony from the New World.

Exciting, I'm about to hear Ives's "3 Places in New England" in a week in a half in New York. I've never been to Manchester, but I looked up Bridgewater Hall and it looks stunning! I love that we're able to listen to the same musical across the world.
